Digipal is leading the way in pallet pooling by fitting active trackers to 100% of its reusable plastic assets.
Supply chain and procurement leaders are under increasing pressure to cut costs, increase efficiency and improve sustainability across their operations. To meet these challenges, many businesses have turned to asset tracking with the Digipal platform.
Digipal, a leading supplier of reusable plastic pallets and smart asset tracking solutions, has announced that, from Q1 2026, its entire fleet of reusable plastic assets will be 100% digitally tracked.
The system combines GPS, 4G, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth technologies to deliver precise location and temperature data throughout the supply chain, reducing costs, improving operational efficiency and unlocking new revenue opportunities, all without the need for costly fixed infrastructure.
This milestone marks a new level of traceability and visibility for Digipal’s customers, who operate across logistics, retail, fresh produce and other industries.
Digipal’s Plastic Pallets, produced in the UK with recycled material, are available to customers as a pooled service, on a rental basis or for direct sale.
Already in use with major retailers, supermarkets and brands, such as Asda toyou, customers praise the lightweight yet robust nature of Digipal’s containers and how their tracking capabilities streamline processes and increase productivity.
Founded in 2020, Digipal began producing its innovative plastic pallets, launched the DigiPortal tracking platform and, since then, has added a range of alternative reusable plastic products, including DigiBox, all compatible with trackers.
Mattan David, Managing Director at Digipal, said:
“We’re very proud to share that, by Q1 2026, 100% of our stock of reusable plastic containers will be tracked. Tracking provides many benefits for Digipal and our customers. It allows us to operate a lean supply chain, reducing losses of asset and monitoring temperature.”
