A proud moment for Co-op
It was a pleasure to be at the FPC Fresh Awards last week.
Our Managing Director, Mattan, was delighted to present Co-op with their well-deserved award, ‘Convenience Retailer of the Year’, which we sponsored on the night.
The Digipal team caught up with plenty of our customers and we received some lovely feedback, which is always amazing to hear.
Plus, we always enjoy the chance to get suited and booted. Roll on next year’s event!
Circularity needs visibility
The shift from single use to reusable packaging is already happening, and the EU’s PPWR is set to accelerate that change.
But moving to reusable packaging brings a new challenge… you can’t manage what you can’t see.
Reusable pallets, containers and other assets can pass through multiple businesses, warehouses and locations. Without tracking, it becomes almost impossible to know where they are, how often they’re being reused and where losses are happening.
As reusable packaging becomes a bigger part of the supply chain, that visibility becomes even more important.
At Digipal, every one of our reusable assets is trackable, helping businesses understand where their assets at any time. Read more about our system here.
Meeting the demand for faster delivery
Amazon Prime has changed what customers expect from delivery, with next-day and even same-day delivery becoming increasingly common.
For businesses, meeting those expectations depends on keeping products moving efficiently through the supply chain. That means having the right stock in the right place, reliable transport between locations and clear visibility over the pallets and containers carrying your goods.
When reusable assets go missing or get held up in the wrong place, those delays can quickly affect the wider operation.
With trackable reusable packaging from Digipal, businesses can gain greater visibility over their assets, helping them keep goods moving and support a faster, more efficient supply chain.

Happy Halloween!
We can’t quite believe it’s already that time again…
Rather than just leaving you with well wishes this Halloween, we thought we’d share a little fact.
Our 5S pallet could take the weight of around 330 average-sized pumpkins… but if you want them to actually fit on the pallet, we’d say about 70!
It’s food-grade, hygienic and designed for storing and transporting bulk produce. So wherever your pumpkins need to go this October, the 5S pallet has got it covered.
